December 24 was the day before Christmas and also the last meeting of  YZU Toastmaster Club in 2011. We had a great meeting and lots of fun afternoon.

I miss you guys. Last time I didn't show up because of my job. My company had family day at the same day. I really thank Bernie to be acting President last time. For me, it's really great to be back and join YZU Toastmasters Regular meeting.

Today's meeting would be a little special. We invite our friends from sister's club to give us support (Sunrise and HsinChu Toastmasters club). And our old friend, Bruce Lee, long time no see member, Steven, come back and join our meeting. I feel so warm and appreciate you coming and helping.

Tomorrow we will have our regular meeting. First of all, welcome our new members Sheila and Hannah.
Second, our new member Hannah will deliver her first speech "ICE break". Although right now she is a senior high school student but she won the English speech contest Champion when she was junior high school student. I believe her Virgin Speech would be as amazing. The last but not the least, our hero Roger du, who won the 2nd place of Humorous & Evaluation Contest in Div.E, will deliver his humorous speech. His speech would be so humorous and funny.

Don't forget to join our regular meeting. Same time, Same place. Let's learn and have fun together.

This year, there are lot's of great Chinese-language films. For example, the Apple of my eye,
Jump Ashin, Seediq Bale. These movie are so amazing. Therefore, our meeting theme is "Renaissance of Taiwanese movies". Let's talk about your favorite Chinese-language films in your mind.

Few days ago, a great leader passed away. It's Steve Jobs. He was so talented and his speech is so inspiring. Therefore, we play some games about Steve Jobs Quotes. After reading Steve Jobs Quotes,
the target speaker share about your personal experience about the quote and audience guess it. It's so education and we Know more about Steve Jobs.

Roger Du & Bernie Hsieh will join the Division E Contest. They also use this time to rehearsal their speech. Bernie talk about The apple of his Eye, His love story. And Roger Du talk about "Don't believe everything you think. It's so funny and interesting.
※Table Topics Session
It's our great honor to invite the Beautiful lady, Bonnie to be the table topic master. We talks about your love stories, what is your miracle, who is the unforgettable person in your life.

※Evaluation Session
Today, Maggie & Roger Du are the Individual Evaluator. And we also invite Conon, from Hsinchu Toastmaster club, to be the Evaluator. Conon gives Roger Du lots of useful suggestions.

Dear fellow Toastmasters,親愛的國際演講會會員們, The 2011 Fall Conference is approaching!  With all the brainstorming and preparatory meetings, we are honored and delighted to present you a well organized and fantastic Fall Conference which will be held on Nov. 19th and 20th, 2011 in Nanshan Education and Training Center, Taichung. 2011年秋季大會即將到來了，在歷經多次腦力激盪、和籌備會議之後，我們很榮幸的呈獻給您一個組織完善、內容豐富的秋季大會。它將在今年十一月十九、二十兩日在台中南山教育訓練中心舉行。 There are several significant reasons that you must not miss the 2011 Fall Conference in Taichung.基於以下幾項重要的理由，您絕對不可錯過此次秋季大會：

Time files, summer is going to the end. There's one terrible thing happened. It's "School Begins". All students need to come back to school and finish their homework. And School Begins is also our meeting theme.

Today, our Toastmaster of the day is Thomas. He conduct the entire meeting very well. Every one also share some experience about "School Begins". Most of the people hate "School Begins" because we didn't finish our homework. Others love school begins because you can play or have fun with classmate.

In the workshop, you will learn how to prepare for humorous speech and learn some tips about being evaluator.

Today, our meeting theme is 『Island Travel-寶島旅行』.

Kevin Chu is the 8th President of the YZU Toastmasters Club from 2010 to 2011. Today, June 25 2011, is the last day of his presidency. From the past years, he support YZU Toastmaster a lot.
